KRISTEN RICE

Kristen joined the Align team in 2024 as an Accountant, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a keen enthusiasm for the field. While new to the captive insurance industry she is very familiar with insurance accounting, having previously held a position with Gallagher as an Assistant Controller for several years.

Kristen obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin as well as a graduate degree from Cumberland University.  During her studies, she developed a solid foundation in financial accounting. Kristen’s academic background is complemented by practical experience gained through time at several reputable firms, where she honed her skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance. Her attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and commitment to continuous learning make her a valuable asset to the Align team. Kristen is dedicated to providing high-quality service to our clients and supporting our senior accountants in delivering efficient and effective financial solutions. Kristen enjoys staying updated with industry trends and is actively pursuing additional certifications to further enhance her expertise.
