Align Risk Solutions, LLC, a Nashville-based captive insurance management and risk consulting group announced that is has acquired Montera Captive Insurance Management, LLC, a Gilbert, Arizona-based captive insurance manager.

The acquisition is the second in 6 months for fast-growing Align Risk Solutions, which will facilitate their expansion into the metropolitan Phoenix area and the Southwest region. In addition to their Nashville headquarters, Align also has offices in Los Angeles and Wilmington, NC.

“After only a few discussions, it was clear our visions of captive management and standards of service were both identical,” said Align’s president, Andrew Rhea of Montera principals, Richard and Cindy Avery. “While Montera effectively became a part of Align, we really view this as a partnership that will allow our synergies to provide better service for all of our clients, while expanding our combined geographies and capacity.”

Effective September 1, 2020, ICG Captive Services, LLC has rebranded to Align Risk Solutions, LLC. Additionally our address has changed to 3322 West End Avenue, Suite 505, Nashville, TN 37203.
