Kirsten transitioned from Pro Group Captive Management Services to Align Risk Solutions in June of 2024. Kirsten's academic journey is marked by a robust foundation in accounting and finance. She holds an Associate's degree in Captive Insurance and a Bachelor's in Accounting. Kirsten has also earned a master’s in Finance and an Executive Certificate in Strategic Leadership. She is currently anticipating the completion of her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University. In addition, Kirsten is also preparing to obtain her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, reflecting her ongoing commitment to excellence in the field.
Throughout her career, Kirsten has excelled in various critical roles, including client management, domicile compliance, statutory filing services, and oversight of captive insurance programs. She was instrumental in coordinating and managing the intricate processes involved in captive and peer arrangements, ensuring that clients received exceptional service and that all regulatory requirements were satisfied.
At Align Risk Solutions, Kirsten continues to leverage her experience and strategic vision to provide comprehensive risk management solutions tailored to the unique needs of her clients.
When Kirsten isn't busy excelling in the field of captive insurance and risk management, she and her husband Adam enjoy the company of their nine beloved pets. Their home is a lively menagerie including four dogs, four cats, and a bearded dragon. Kirsten and Adam, along with their dogs love to adventure outdoors enjoying activities like hiking, swimming, and soaking up the sunshine. At home, they cherish cozy moments, snuggling up with all their furry companions.
